- Tournament Data: When you register for competitive events, your registration data is processed securely through a third-party platform, Best Coast Pairings (BCP).
- Automated Tracking: We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Reddit Pixel to understand how users interact with our site. We utilize Google Consent Mode v2, meaning your analytical and ad-tracking data is explicitly denied until you opt-in via our cookie banner.

- Event Communication: To process your RSVPs for casual nights and send critical updates regarding venue changes or tournament schedules.
- Marketing (Mailchimp): We store your email address securely in Mailchimp to send our monthly newsletters containing event alerts, tournament announcements, and community news.
- Analytics: To measure the success of our physical posters and digital ads, helping us grow the Saskatoon tabletop community.
3. CASL Compliance & Your Inbox We respect your inbox. You will only receive marketing emails from us if you explicitly opt-in via our website forms or during event registration. Every email we send contains a clear, one-click “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.
4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with essential service providers necessary to operate SaskCatan:
